i have a special kitty named Lily, who is very affectionate and gentle, and as a work at a nursing home, i have begun bringing her in 2x weekly for the residents.  she has done very well.
does anyone else have a therapy cat, or are there other hints i should know about?

Sorry Amy, my cats are much too wound up and flee from srtangers in their own home, let alone try to hang out with them in the great and scary world outside. Most of the links I’ve seen talk about therapy dogs, but I imagine some of the same rules and suggestions apply. I also found a few links for therapy cats. Some have info, others are bios and some seem to give details for special registries etc. Have fun surfing! Don’t forget to post some pictures of Lily on the job!
